This should be done through your NVIDIA GeForce Experience Console. You can use Windows Device Manager or DDU (recommended) to first uninstall the existing drivers and then use the console to download and install the new drivers. This should fix the problem, especially for laptops with older graphics cards. A lot of people who are posting about this problem have also mentioned that they just upgraded their graphics card. Power requirements can be one area that is missed when upgrading a graphics card. You need to make sure that your old power supply can handle upgrades, especially graphics cards.
