1. Để khắc phục lỗi này bạn cần khôi phục lại hệ điều hành về trước khi nâng cấp

Click vào Start (Windows icon).
Tìm đến mục Settings ( icon Bánh răng ).
Chọn Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC.
Nhấn vào nút Started
Trong quá trình xử lý bạn chọn Keep my files option to keep all your personal data safe.

2 .Trường hợp bạn không vào mục cài đặt được, bạn có thể truy cập quá trình khôi phục ngay từ màn hình khởi động Đây là cách:

- Nhấn nút reset máy tính . ( hoặc nhấn Shift 5 lần - chọn Power - Restart nằm ở góc dưới màn hình)
- Sau khi máy tính của bạn khởi động lại chọn Option, chọn Troubleshoot.
- Chuyển đến Advanced, sau đó chọn Startup Repair
Thực hiện theo các hướng dẫn trên màn hình để giải quyết vấn đề này.

3. Dùng công cụ System Restore hoặc Startup Repair

- Tải về công cụ tạo bộ cài đặt và sửa chữa tại đây

Chào các bạn, máy mình Dell Votro V130 chỉ sử dụng cho văn phòng. Tất cả các bản update Windows trước đều hoàn hảo riêng bản Restone 4 mới phát hành thì không chỉnh được sáng tối dù mình đã cài đủ drivers. Thậm chí mình sao lưu driver bản trước đó để cài lại cho bản mới ( hoặc cài mới Win ) vẩn bị. Intel HD Graphic của 2 bản win 1709 và 1803 đều sử dụng giống nhau: Driver vesion 8.15.10.2900

Delete All files from Windows Update and then run Windows update
Xóa tất cả các file của windows update sau đó chạy update lại.

Dừng dịch vụ update bằng cách Windows + R nhập vào services.msc và tắt Windows update

Xóa file tại
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore

Mở lại Windows update như phần trên, tiến hành update trở lại

Không nữa thì chắc phải download cài mới cho rồi bạn

sao bạn ko tải win 10 về sau đó giải nén iso ra ổ D và chạy setup trực tiếp để lên win 10 nhỉ.thế có phải hơn ko,nâng cấp kiểu này sẽ ko bị gặp lỗi nhé.nhưng nhớ phải có mạng nha

Máy mình là laptop. Sáng nay mở may lên thì màn hình liên tục load: "Restoring your previous version of Windows..."
Ai biết cách giúp mình với
P/s: lâu quá rồi. 3 tiếng mò mẫm không ra, còn cái laptop cứ load thế thôi. Huhu

Nếu không restore windows lại được thì cài lại win mới luôn nha bạn, dùng winpe để backup dữ liệu lại trước nhé

Lỗi win rồi, trước khi bị bạn có nghịch gì vào win ko? Lỗi này buộc phải cài lại win thôi bạn

Cái này chắc phải tạo bộ USB để repair thử. KHông được thì cài lại windows.
