The team created space to segment the Support Request prioritization, remediation, and solutioning efforts to ensure conversations, updates, meetings, and working groups were focused on the right things at the right times. Oracle's investment in support services and personnel allowed us to implement & launch during the COVID-19 peak, and subsequently stabilize successfully. The ratings are bolstered by the fact that the operational expertise, updates management, and technology enablement skill sets had to be on point to support the magnitude of work within a compressed timeframe. Said simply, the distribution of internal resources at our organization, both physical and fiscal, did not afford much room for existing operational entities to become contentious or incur material resource soak.
